is the information center for the Redondo Beach Kiwanis Club.
It is a primary source of information about the club programs,
activities and events.
The
original Redondo Beach Kiwanis club began serving the
community of Redondo in 1960. The Kiwanians are best
known for their sponsored youth programs. The Builders Clubs in
middle school, Key Clubs in high school, and Circle K in
colleges provide service to communities throughout the
United
States and
beyond.
Guided
by six permanent
Objects, Kiwanis clubs
view their role within their respective communities with a
great deal of foresight. Key aspects to operating an effective
club include:

Evaluating
both children’s issues and community needs on an ongoing
basis

Conducting
service projects to respond to those identified
needs
·
Maintaining
an active membership roster of professional business people
who have both the desire and the ability to serve their
community
